Assireva is your partner for precision machining. Our staff and the machinery operating in our production center make us the ideal partner for the management of work orders even for small quantities or to face unexpected workloads. We have an agile structure and we have quality certifications to operate in the aviation, as well as for applications in the main manufacturing sectors.
Machinery and equipment
Assireva has a large fleet of machinery and equipment, in order to best meet the customer demands:
• 5 machining centers with 3 and 5 multi pallet axes, with electronic dividers
• 5 CNC turning and milling centers
• 2 internal/external adjustments
• 1 indoor sander
• Various machines for traditional machining, including lathes, column drills, lapping machines, ovens and
equipment for cold, hot and ultrasonic washing
Special processes
Assireva is able to complete the production process by providing the customer, also through qualified partners, with various special certifiable processes, including:
Finishes and surface coatings:
• Hard Anodic Oxidations, Chromic
• Phosphating
• Passivation
• Alodine
• Chrome Nitriding
• Heat Treatments

The processes carried out by Assireva also include the activities of:
- engineering and industrialization of the production phases, through CAD/CAM work stations
- prototyping of parts and parts
- maintenance and overhaul of parts and devices, own production or by third parties, by qualified
technicians able to carry out inspections, disassembly, replacement or rework of parts and assemblies.
